Role Overview
As a Research Analyst, you will be supporting one of Talent Bridge's AI research clients in their large language model training and evaluation initiatives. This crucial role involves analyzing complex mathematical and logical problems, meticulously validating reasoning, and developing structured explanations to significantly enhance AI model performance.
You will collaborate closely with advanced AI systems to pinpoint reasoning gaps, refine problem structures, and produce high-quality analytical content that strengthens model accuracy and logical consistency.
What You’ll Do
- Break down intricate mathematical problems into clear, logical, step-by-step processes.
- Validate complex claims through rigorous structured reasoning and comprehensive research.
- Design innovative analytical scenarios specifically engineered to test the limitations of AI models.
- Evaluate AI model responses thoroughly and provide precise, corrected explanations to improve learning.
- Create detailed, step-by-step solutions for a broad range of subjects including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, and advanced logic-based puzzles.
- Summarize extensive blocks of information into concise, logically organized components.

- Comfortable and effective working independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week, with required overlap with PST business hours.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or a closely related quantitative field (candidates with exceptional mathematical ability will be considered even without a formal degree).
- Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or developing mathematics content.
- Familiarity with engineering entrance exams or college-level mathematics standards.
- Practical experience utilizing tools such as LaTeX or Google Colab.
Engagement Details
- This is an independent contractor assignment, meaning no medical or paid leave benefits.
- The position is fully remote.
- Initial contract duration is 1 month, with strong potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
- Flexible time commitment options are available: 20, 30, or 40 hours per week.
- Requires 2–5 hours daily overlap with America/Los_Angeles (UTC-8) time zone.
