Their platform empowers leading AI labs and enterprises to efficiently source, evaluate, and deploy expert talent into AI training workflows at scale. As they experience rapid growth, they are seeking a Junior Project Manager to bolster their cross-functional product and engineering initiatives.
Role Overview
We are searching for a highly organized and proactive Junior Project Manager to facilitate planning, coordination, and execution across product and engineering teams. This position offers an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in real product development within a dynamic startup environment. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Operations teams, playing a crucial role in ensuring projects are well-scoped, clearly tracked, and delivered promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning and execution for product and engineering teams.
- Break down requirements into actionable tasks and maintain sprint boards and backlogs.
- Track deadlines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Document project decisions, updates, and action items.
- Identify blockers early and escalate appropriately.
- Coordinate meetings, stand-ups, and sprint ceremonies.
- Maintain project dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility.
- Help ensure alignment between product, design, and engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving environments.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership mentality.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, monday.com, or Slack.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup, product, or engineering environment.
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Interest in AI, SaaS, or technology products.
