Program Manager, Non-Profit - Remote

We are seeking an experienced Social and Community Service Manager to contribute subject matter expertise to AI training initiatives. In this remote role, you will apply your real-world knowledge of social and community service management to help refine and improve advanced AI systems. Your insights will ensure that AI models accurately reflect industry practices, ethical standards, and real-life community service scenarios.

This position is offered as an hourly contract for an independent contractor, with a rate of USD 50-100 per hour. Candidates based in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Dubai, or Australia who are legally able to work as independent contractors in their jurisdiction are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing detailed and accurate feedback on social and community service management practices for AI training purposes.
  • Analyze case studies, documentation, and real-world scenarios to inform AI system behavior and responses.
  • Collaborate with AI developers to integrate industry knowledge and ethical standards into training datasets.
  • Review and evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, clarity, and practical relevance.
  • Contribute to the development of realistic dialogue, decision-making pathways, and intervention strategies.
  • Stay current with trends, regulations, and best practices in social and community services.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly through written reports and virtual collaboration.
