Talent Bridge is seeking a detail-oriented Phonetics Expert to join our customer’s team. This remote role leverages linguistic expertise to transcribe, analyze, and evaluate language in multimedia content. It combines phonetic analysis, transcription precision, and deep language insight to support advanced linguistic and AI training projects, offering a flexible, remote environment for linguists and phoneticians.
Role Overview
As a Phonetics Expert, you will be responsible for transcribing audio/video content with high accuracy, assessing nuanced language elements, and providing high-quality linguistic insights. You will collaborate remotely with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and depth in all transcription and analysis work.
Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe multimedia content with high accuracy, including precise timestamps and speaker cues.
- Analyze emotional tone, intent, and expressiveness of speakers in detail.
- Evaluate and document grammatical structures, phonetic features, and language patterns.
- Define key words and phrases, exploring conceptual meaning and contextual relevance.
- Produce clear, insightful written and verbal reports emphasizing linguistic accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team on advanced language and phonetic analysis tasks.
- Maintain consistent quality standards across all transcription and linguistic analysis work.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Native-level English proficiency with exceptional spoken and written communication.
- Advanced knowledge of phonetics, phonology, and linguistic analysis.
- Demonstrated transcription experience with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret and accurately describe speaker emotion, tone, and intent.

- Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
