Role: People Experience Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented People Experience Manager to support employee experience operations across a distributed team. This role focuses on logistics coordination, vendor management, and ensuring internal initiatives are executed smoothly and consistently.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and takes pride in delivering reliable operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee gifting initiatives, including onboarding packages, milestone recognition, and team engagement items.
- Manage vendors, purchase orders, shipping logistics, and delivery timelines across multiple regions.
- Track budgets, inventory, and shipment status with strong attention to accuracy.
- Maintain organized documentation of orders, vendors, and processes.
- Support predefined employee experience programs as assigned.
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Identify and proactively flag operational issues or delays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage logistics and repetitive workflows with consistency.
- Clear, professional written communication skills.
- Comfort working across time zones and coordinating international shipments.
