Role: People Experience Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented People Experience Manager to support employee experience operations across a distributed team. This role focuses on logistics coordination, vendor management, and ensuring internal initiatives are executed smoothly and consistently.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and takes pride in delivering reliable operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee gifting initiatives, including onboarding packages, milestone recognition, and team engagement items.
  • Manage vendors, purchase orders, shipping logistics, and delivery timelines across multiple regions.
  • Track budgets, inventory, and shipment status with strong attention to accuracy.
  • Maintain organized documentation of orders, vendors, and processes.
  • Support predefined employee experience programs as assigned.
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Identify and proactively flag operational issues or delays.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage logistics and repetitive workflows with consistency.
  • Clear, professional written communication skills.
  • Comfort working across time zones and coordinating international shipments.
  • Reliable, structured, and execution-focused work style.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in operations, coordination, administrative support, or employee experience roles.
  • Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams.
