Investment Banking Analyst at Talent Bridge (Remote)
One of Talent Bridge's clients is actively seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst to join a high-impact finance evaluation initiative. This remote role is pivotal in contributing transaction and modeling expertise, translating real-world deal workflows into structured, high-quality deliverables essential for assessing advanced financial systems.
As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will leverage your hands-on transaction experience to construct, review, and refine institutional-grade financial materials. You are expected to work autonomously while upholding rigorous standards of analytical precision, clarity, and professional presentation across all tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex investment banking and M&A workflows into structured, actionable analytical outputs.
- Build, meticulously review, and annotate various financial models, including LBO, M&A, 3-statement, and comprehensive valuation models.
- Develop and refine investor-grade materials, such as detailed investment committee memoranda and thorough diligence summaries.
- Rigorously evaluate financial analyses to ensure accuracy, completeness, and logical consistency.
- Structure finance-related datasets and documentation for efficient analytical evaluation purposes.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to guarantee all deliverables meet stringent real-world transaction standards.
- Maintain precise and professional written communication throughout all generated outputs.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Development, or a closely related financial field.
- Direct, demonstrable exposure to live deal execution, comprehensive due diligence processes, and advanced financial modeling techniques.
- Strong proficiency across various valuation methodologies, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and Leveraged Buyout (LBO) modeling.
- Proven ability to produce investor-ready financial work products that meet industry standards.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively within a remote, structured environment.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S., U.K., or Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in specialized transactions such as infrastructure, project finance, credit, distressed assets, or special situations.
- Exposure to finance-focused technology initiatives or analytical evaluation frameworks.
- Experience collaborating with product, technical, or research teams in a cross-functional capacity.
Work Details
This is a remote engagement, requiring eligibility to work in the U.S., U.K., or Canada. The role offers a flexible, project-based contract with part-time or full-time availability, dependent on the scope of the project.
