Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented Calibration Technologists and Instrumentation Technicians to support high-precision measurement and instrumentation standards in a remote environment. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of critical measurement systems while contributing to quality-driven technical initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze test data to identify defects and determine calibration requirements for instruments and devices
- Perform calibration of pressure, temperature, humidity, and other environmental sensors against established standards
- Evaluate mechanical, structural, and electromechanical equipment for performance and compliance
- Develop and refine calibration methods aligned with current industry standards and measurement science
- Prepare detailed calibration documentation and technical reports outlining procedures, findings, and corrective actions
- Maintain organized records to ensure traceability and quality compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality assurance objectives
- Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in metrology and calibration
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical diploma, associate degree, or equivalent experience in instrumentation, metrology, engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience calibrating environmental measurement devices (pressure, temperature, humidity, etc.)
- Strong data analysis skills for defect detection and calibration decision-making
- Proficiency with calibration software and documentation systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting

- Experience developing or improving calibration procedures and methodologies
