Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Early Childhood Special Education Teachers to contribute their expertise to AI training and data annotation initiatives. In this remote contract role, you will apply your real-world experience in early childhood special education to help train AI systems so they accurately reflect classroom practices, instructional strategies, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and provide feedback on AI-generated educational content related to preschool special education.
- Deliver detailed written evaluations to improve AI understanding of instructional strategies, developmental milestones, and intervention approaches.
- Contribute expertise on IEP development, compliance requirements, and inclusive classroom practices.
- Develop and refine realistic educational scenarios and case studies relevant to preschool learners with diverse needs.
- Identify inaccuracies or gaps in AI outputs and recommend improvements aligned with current standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI model accuracy and contextual understanding.
- Support the development of inclusive, developmentally appropriate AI-generated content.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Valid certification or licensure as a Special Education Teacher with preschool experience.
- Demonstrated experience working with children ages 3–5 in special education settings.
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, early intervention services, and inclusive instructional methodologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail.
- Ability to critically evaluate educational materials for accuracy, compliance, and best practice alignment.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, technology-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Experience contributing to curriculum development or professional development initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI training, edtech platforms, or data annotation projects.
