Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Detectives and Criminal Investigators to contribute their expertise to AI training initiatives at Talent Bridge. In this remote role, you will apply real-world investigative knowledge to help develop and refine advanced AI systems designed to support digital investigations, case management, and crime scene analysis.
Your hands-on experience with investigative procedures, evidence handling, and law enforcement technologies will directly inform the accuracy and effectiveness of next-generation investigative tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise on investigative procedures, crime scene protocols, and evidence handling.
- Review and annotate investigative scenarios to support AI model training and evaluation.
- Document workflows related to interviews, evidence collection, reporting, and case file management.
- Contribute insights into proper evidence preservation, chain-of-custody standards, and documentation practices.
- Utilize knowledge of law enforcement databases and digital tools to inform structured AI training datasets.
- Evaluate AI-generated investigative summaries, reports, or analyses for procedural accuracy and realism.
- Support digital image management and crime scene reconstruction review processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to improve investigative model performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Detective or Criminal Investigator in a law enforcement agency.
- Strong understanding of investigative protocols, evidence collection, and legal standards.
- Experience using NCIC and other law enforcement database systems.
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Access, MySQL, digital crime scene software, and GIS platforms (e.g., ESRI ArcView).
- Familiarity with digital image management, forensic graphics, or scene reconstruction tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
