Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret financial statements and credit data to support AI model training.
• Develop clear, well-structured credit assessments based on real-world scenarios and datasets.
• Document findings in concise written formats suitable for AI learning and evaluation.
• Identify financial risks, inconsistencies, and emerging trends within datasets.
• Evaluate AI-generated credit analyses and provide detailed, actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to improve training quality and model performance.
• Contribute to the refinement of evaluation frameworks and credit analysis standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in credit analysis, underwriting, risk assessment, or a related financial discipline.
• Strong ability to interpret balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and credit reports.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Advanced analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
• High accuracy and professionalism in documentation and reporting.
