Role Overview
As a Computer & Information Systems Manager at Talent Bridge, you will strategically lead and oversee technology strategy, infrastructure, and systems operations within a dynamic, distributed environment. Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure and information systems aligned with organizational goals.

- Establish and maintain cybersecurity best practices, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and enforce IT governance frameworks, policies, and risk management processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical strategies and project plans.
- Oversee software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, platforms, and vendors.

Required Qualifications
