Coding Reviewer Ukrainian Language at Talent Bridge

Talent Bridge is seeking a skilled Coding Reviewer fluent in Ukrainian to join our remote team. This role focuses on enhancing coding model performance by providing expert feedback and creating high-quality training data across various programming languages. You will be instrumental in refining AI-generated solutions and documenting best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Code Review & Ranking: Analyze and rank AI-generated code solutions in languages like Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, and Verilog, assessing their accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
  • Training Dataset Creation: Develop compelling computer science prompts and generate precise reference solutions, meticulously documenting the reasoning, algorithms, and implementation choices behind them.
  • Bilingual Technical Documentation: Provide clear, detailed feedback on code issues and proposed fixes, and document advanced optimization techniques and problem-solving methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven technical writing abilities are essential for clear communication.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Expert-level proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Verilog.
  • Prior experience in competitive programming or professional code review.
  • Demonstrated strong debugging and code optimization skills.
