We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claims and Policy Processing Clerk to support insurance operations while contributing domain expertise to AI training initiatives. In this remote role, you will apply your knowledge of claims processing and policy workflows to help improve AI systems designed for insurance operations.

This position combines hands-on insurance processing expertise with structured feedback to enhance AI accuracy, compliance, and real-world applicability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review insurance claim forms and related documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Calculate claim amounts in accordance with policy terms, coverage limits, and internal guidelines
• Maintain detailed claim files, ensuring proper documentation and regulatory compliance
• Submit claims for payment or escalate for investigation following established workflows
• Communicate with policyholders and relevant parties to gather additional required information
• Provide structured written feedback on AI-generated claims and policy outputs
• Review and validate insurance-related AI content for terminology accuracy and workflow alignment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI training datasets and documentation standards
• Ensure adherence to insurance regulations and company compliance requirements

• Proven experience in insurance claims processing and policy administration
• Strong understanding of insurance workflows, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
