Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document comprehensive safety procedures for chemical processes, ensuring alignment with OSHA, EPA, REACH, and other applicable regulatory standards.
• Translate real-world chemical manufacturing scenarios into structured inputs for AI training and validation.
• Troubleshoot complex chemical production systems and incorporate findings into AI learning datasets.
• Analyze experimental and operational data to enhance model accuracy and process understanding.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to chemical processes, equipment performance, and operational efficiency.
• Review equipment layouts and system designs for scalability, safety, and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and AI teams to ensure technical accuracy and practical relevance.
• Identify knowledge gaps in AI outputs and provide targeted subject matter guidance for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Strong background in chemical process engineering and industrial manufacturing systems.
• Experience developing and implementing safety protocols in chemical environments.
• Proficiency in data analysis and troubleshooting process inefficiencies.
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks (OSHA, EPA, REACH, etc.).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, technology-driven environment.
