Banking Operations Lead
We are seeking a Banking Operations Lead to contribute expertise in branch banking operations to support advanced AI model training. In this remote role, you will leverage hands-on experience in teller functions and branch procedures to help develop, refine, and validate AI-driven financial operations systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Apply in-depth knowledge of branch operations and teller workflows to train and improve AI models

- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with banking standards
- Provide detailed written feedback and annotations based on real-world branch scenarios
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to enhance AI performance and workflow accuracy
- Contribute to quality assurance efforts by identifying inconsistencies or operational gaps in model outputs
