Talent Bridge's client is actively seeking an experienced Accountant/Auditor to bring their accounting and audit expertise to structured financial evaluation and analysis initiatives. This 100% remote role is ideal for professionals with strong technical accounting knowledge, a keen awareness of regulatory standards, and a proven track record of delivering clear, evidence-based reporting.

In this position, you will be instrumental in reviewing financial records, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, and providing meticulous analytical feedback. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare structured audit summaries that clearly outline findings and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze financial data meticulously to identify inconsistencies, potential risks, or control weaknesses.
• Review financial statements rigorously for accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Evaluate internal controls and financial processes against stringent regulatory requirements.
• Provide clear, written feedback on accounting methodologies and overall reporting quality.
• Verify financial records comprehensively, including reconciliations and detailed transaction documentation.
• Recommend continuous process improvements aligned with accounting best practices to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or an equivalent is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated extensive experience in accounting, auditing, or financial compliance roles.
• Strong ability to interpret, analyze, and synthesize complex financial statements and reports.
• Proficiency with industry-standard accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Sage).
• Exceptional analytical and robust problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, vital for clear reporting and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with large-scale ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• A background in fraud detection, forensic accounting, or specialized audit consulting.
• Familiarity with structured financial review or established evaluation frameworks.

Work Details
