Talent Bridge is seeking an experienced Accountant/Auditor Expert to contribute accounting and audit expertise to structured financial evaluation and analysis initiatives. Role Overview

As an Accountant/Auditor Expert, you will apply your accounting and audit expertise to meticulously review financial records, assess compliance with applicable standards, and provide structured analytical feedback. The position demands robust technical proficiency, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to articulate complex financial findings with clarity and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare structured audit summaries outlining comprehensive findings and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze diverse financial data to proactively identify inconsistencies, potential risks, or control weaknesses.
• Review financial statements rigorously for accuracy and full compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Evaluate internal controls and financial processes against stringent regulatory requirements.
• Provide clear, well-documented written feedback on accounting methodologies and reporting quality.
• Verify financial records thoroughly, including detailed reconciliations and transaction documentation.
• Recommend strategic process improvements meticulously aligned with accounting best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or an equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated extensive experience in accounting, auditing, or financial compliance roles.
• Strong innate ability to interpret and meticulously analyze complex financial statements and comprehensive reports.
• Proficiency with leading accounting software packages (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Sage).
• Strong analytical and effective problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• A background specifically in fraud detection, forensic accounting, or specialized audit consulting.
• Familiarity with structured financial review or established evaluation frameworks.
