Talent Bridge is seeking an experienced Accountant/Auditor Expert to provide critical accounting and audit expertise for structured financial evaluation and analysis initiatives. This position requires applying in-depth accounting and audit expertise to meticulously review financial records, assess compliance with various applicable standards, and provide insightful, structured analytical feedback. Strong technical proficiency, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional ability to communicate complex financial findings clearly are paramount for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare structured audit summaries that clearly outline findings and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze comprehensive financial data to accurately identify inconsistencies, potential risks, or control weaknesses.
• Meticulously review financial statements to ensure accuracy and strict compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Evaluate existing internal controls and financial processes against stringent regulatory requirements.
• Provide clear, concise written feedback on complex accounting methodologies and overall reporting quality.
• Verify all financial records, including detailed reconciliations and transaction documentation.
• Recommend strategic process improvements that are precisely aligned with accounting best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or an equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated extensive experience in accounting, auditing, or financial compliance roles.
• Strong ability to interpret and critically analyze complex financial statements and reports.
• Proficiency with industry-standard accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Sage).
• Strong analytical and advanced problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for detailed reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• A background in fraud detection, forensic accounting, or specialized audit consulting.
• Familiarity with structured financial review or evaluation frameworks.
