Job Overview

The Installed Sales Senior Project Manager at Talbert Building Supply Inc reports directly to the Installed Sales Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing assigned installation projects, managing Junior Project Manager(s), and ensuring compliance with Talbert policies and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Utilize sales tools to enhance installed sales team success.
  • Monitor active job sites daily to ensure safety, quality, and margin goals.
  • Manage all aspects of projects from proposal to Certificate of Completion.
  • Maintain accurate records including proposals, contracts, change orders, and certifications.
  • Coordinate schedules, facilitate material deliveries, and manage subcontractor work.
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach subcontractors and Junior Project Managers.
  • Adhere to industry best practices and building codes, including green building standards.

Additional Duties

  • Attend project review meetings with Sales and Customers.
  • Input project details into logs, forms, and scheduling systems.
  • Ensure proper communication and documentation of project progress.
  • Assist with billing, payment processes, and collection of customer invoices.
  • Promptly provide feedback to improve future installation projects.
