Job Description
The Installed Sales Senior Project Manager reports to the Installed Sales Manager and is responsible for overseeing assigned installation projects and junior project managers. This role ensures Talbert Building Supply Inc policies, procedures, and practices are met or exceeded in every project phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize sales tools to enhance the sales cycle with the Installed Sales team.
- Ensure field compliance in safety, customer service, quality, and margins.
- Manage projects from proposal through Certificate of Completion.
- Maintain electronic records, schedules, logs, and forms accurately.
- Collaborate with Sales Reps and subcontractors to secure agreements and adhere to project standards.
- Oversee billing processes, change orders, and finish walkthroughs to validate project completion.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop junior project managers and subcontractors.
Additional Duties
Attend scheduled meetings, monitor active contracts, and ensure all project documentation is completed. Maintain positive contractor relationships and stay updated on building codes and green building standards.
