Installed Sales Senior Project Manager
Reports to: Installed Sales Manager
The Installed Sales Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing assigned installation projects, managing Junior Project Manager(s), and ensuring Talbert Building Supply Inc's policies, procedures and practices are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize sales tools to enhance the sales cycle with the Installed Sales Team.
- Maintain daily presence on active job sites to confirm field compliance in safety, quality, customer service, and margins.
- Manage all aspects of projects from proposal to Certificate of Completion.
- Maintain electronic paperwork including proposals, contracts, and subcontractor agreements.
- Coordinate schedules, job site activities, materials delivery, and subcontractor work.
- Monitor contract progress, secure approvals, and process subcontractor invoices.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop Junior Project Managers and subcontractors.
- Represent TALBERT Core Values and maintain adherence to industry best practices.
Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate a deep understanding of installation processes and be proficient in maintaining records, managing project schedules, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Experience with tools like Basecamp or equivalent ERP systems is valued. The role requires punctuality, effective communication, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
