Job Overview
The Installed Sales Junior Project Manager at Talbert Building Supply Inc reports to the Installed Sales Manager, and is responsible for assigned Installed Sales projects ensuring all Talbert policies, procedures, and practices are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute installation processes to enhance the sales cycle.
- Ensure field compliance with safety, customer service, quality, and margin goals.
- Oversee field aspects of projects from start to Certificate of Completion.
- Maintain paperwork records, logs, schedules, and electronic documentation.
- Coordinate schedules and material procurements for active jobs.
- Conduct initial and final walkthroughs to verify installation standards.
- Assist in change order documentation and subcontractor invoice approvals.
- Support subcontractor recruitment and coaching to maintain TBS standards.
Requirements
Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of industry best practices, maintain accurate records, and partner effectively with senior project managers and subcontractors. Familiarity with building codes and green building standards is beneficial.
