Installed Sales Junior Project Manager

Reports to: Installed Sales Manager

The position is responsible for assigned Installed Sales projects and ensuring Talbert policies, procedures, and practices are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute installation processes to enhance the sales cycle.
  • Maintain field compliance with safety, customer service, quality, and margin goals.
  • Oversee all field aspects of projects from start to Certificate of Completion.
  • Manage electronic paperwork records including contracts, change orders, and certifications.
  • Coordinate schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor work.
  • Assist with subcontractor payments, change order verification, and project feedback.
  • Represent TALBERT Core Values in every interaction.

Requirements

Candidates must be proficient in:

  • Installation project processes and documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate jobsite records and schedules.
  • Communicating effectively with subcontractors, customers, and team members.
