Installed Sales Junior Project Manager
Reports to: Installed Sales Manager
The position is responsible for assigned Installed Sales projects and ensuring Talbert policies, procedures, and practices are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute installation processes to enhance the sales cycle.
- Maintain field compliance with safety, customer service, quality, and margin goals.
- Oversee all field aspects of projects from start to Certificate of Completion.
- Manage electronic paperwork records including contracts, change orders, and certifications.
- Coordinate schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor work.
- Assist with subcontractor payments, change order verification, and project feedback.
- Represent TALBERT Core Values in every interaction.
Requirements
Candidates must be proficient in:
- Installation project processes and documentation.
- Maintaining accurate jobsite records and schedules.
- Communicating effectively with subcontractors, customers, and team members.
- Understanding industry best practices and building codes.
- Coaching and evaluating subcontractor performance.
