Installed Sales Junior Project Manager

The Installed Sales Junior Project Manager (Jr. PM) at Talbert Building Supply Inc reports directly to the Installed Sales Manager and is responsible for assigned Installed Sales projects. The role involves executing installation processes, ensuring field compliance with goals in safety, customer service, quality, and margins, and managing every aspect from job start to a successful Certificate of Completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute installation processes to enhance the sales cycle.
  • Ensure field compliance with safety, quality, and margin goals.
  • Oversee all aspects from project start to completion.
  • Maintain electronic records and scheduling calendars.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, review work, and process invoices.

Requirements and Duties:

  • Maintain project paperwork including contracts, change orders, and certifications.
  • Assist Sr. Project Manager in evaluating potential jobs and generate scopes.
  • Attend project review meetings and maintain logs/forms/schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with all parties, ensuring job site readiness and scheduling.
  • Review and approve subcontractor invoices and facilitate timely payments.
  • Represent Talbert Core Values in all interactions.
  • Stay updated on building codes and green building standards.
  • Assist in recruiting and coaching subcontractors to meet TBS standards.
