Installed Sales Junior Project Manager

Reports to: Installed Sales Manager

This position is responsible for assigned Installed Sales projects and ensuring Talbert policies, procedures, and practices are met or exceeded. The role supports the Installed Sales team by managing projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and margin goals, and maintaining detailed records throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Execute installation processes to enhance the sales cycle.
  • Maintain daily field presence on active jobs ensuring compliance with safety, customer service, quality, and margin goals.
  • Oversee all phases of assigned projects from start to Certificate of Completion.
  • Manage paperwork, logs, schedules, and electronic records for each job.
  • Coordinate with Sr. Project Managers in evaluating potential jobs and generating scopes.
  • Attend project review meetings and communicate essential project details.
  • Verify jobsite readiness and monitor scheduling of deliveries and subcontractor activities.
  • Conduct walkthroughs and review subcontractor work using safety and quality checklists.
  • Assist with change order execution, invoice reviews, and subcontractor payments.
  • Support the recruitment and coaching of subcontractors in line with TBS standards.

Requirements

  • Maintain accurate electronic paperwork including contracts, agreements, and logs.
  • Effective coordination with internal teams and subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in building codes, green building standards, and industry best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and adherence to Talbert Core Values.
  • Timely attendance and active participation in all scheduled meetings.
