Description

The Installed Sales Senior Project Manager reports to the Installed Sales Manager and is responsible for assigned Installation Projects and Junior Project Manager(s). The role ensures Talbert Building Supply Inc policies, procedures, and practices are met or exceeded.

Key responsibilities include managing the complete project lifecycle from proposal to Certificate of Completion, ensuring field compliance in safety, customer service, quality, and margins, and leveraging sales tools to enhance the Installed Sales Team's sales cycle.

  • Maintain electronic records including proposals, contracts, and change orders.
  • Partner with Sales Reps to evaluate potential jobs and generate scopes of work.
  • Create and manage project details via Basecamp or equivalent ERP tools.
  • Secure subcontractor agreements and coordinate schedules for materials delivery and work.
  • Monitor job progress, conduct safety and quality checks, and finalize billing.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and offboard Junior Project Managers and subcontractors as needed.
  • Represent TALBERT Core Values to deliver The Talbert Difference.

The role requires familiarity with building codes, green building standards, and industry best practices. The candidate will attend project review meetings, communicate with customers, and ensure all required logs and forms are completed timely.
