Job Overview

The Installed Sales Junior Project Manager at Talbert Building Supply Inc reports to the Installed Sales Manager, and is responsible for assigned Installed Sales projects ensuring all Talbert policies, procedures, and practices are met or exceeded.

  • Oversee field aspects of projects from start to Certificate of Completion.

  • Coordinate schedules and material procurements for active jobs.
  • Conduct initial and final walkthroughs to verify installation standards.
  • Assist in change order documentation and subcontractor invoice approvals.
  • Support subcontractor recruitment and coaching to maintain TBS standards.

Requirements
