Kaiserkraft, a strong brand of the TAKKT Group, is looking for motivated field sales representatives to strengthen its team for our sales region Rosenheim as an Area Sales Manager to jointly shape the future of work!
What You Will Contribute To
- Customer care in the field in collaboration with your Inside Sales colleagues in the respective sales areas.
- Support and development of existing customers with defined sales potential.
- Active sale of the complete product range from warehouse/operations and office equipment to (individual) shipping packaging.
- Building stable and lasting customer relationships in collaboration with the responsible Key Account Manager.
- Customer-specific consulting through cross-selling and upselling as well as the implementation of individual customer projects.
- Responsibility for sales and gross profit in your sales territory.
- Independent analysis of territory key figures and derivation of resulting measures in the team.
- Territory allocation: parts of Munich, Bad-Tölz, Erding, Rosenheim, Holzkirchen.

- Professional experience: Existing professional experience in a comparable Area Sales Manager position.
- Sales knowledge: Good understanding of sales key figures and their interpretation.
- Negotiation skills: Pronounced ability to successfully conduct negotiations and securely close deals.
- Self-responsibility: Enjoyment of independent action and a structured approach.
- Planning competence: Efficient, targeted planning of appointments and routes.
- Software knowledge: Proficiency in Office tools and experience with CRM systems.
- Networking: Ability to build and maintain a network of contacts to foster long-term business relationships.
- Motivation and Goal Orientation: High self-motivation, goal orientation, and assertiveness.
- Driver's license: Class B driver's license and mobility are essential.
