Your Role
In this role, you will:
- Manage and oversee projects and truck drivers from start to finish.
- Dispatch trucks accurately in coordination with the Dispatch and Permitting departments.
- Create and update project spreadsheets and use Load Management Software for billing.
- Collaborate with Site Managers, Customers, and the Accounting Department.
- Handle pre-project checklists, equipment allocation, and problem-solve challenges.
What You Bring
Key qualifications include effective teamwork, problem-solving, multi-tasking skills, and strong communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dispatch Software, and Inventory Software is required.
Physical Requirements
The role may require standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities are necessary.
