About the Internship

This is a mandatory university internship designed for students seeking real-world experience beyond theoretical tasks. As a Founders Associate, Growth & Creative, you will work on live eCommerce brands, contributing directly to growth initiatives. Performance and impact will be the primary metrics for evaluation. While the internship is unpaid, it includes performance-based profit sharing and a clear path to a long-term collaboration or a full-time role for top performers.

What You Will Work On

Your main focus will be on Growth & Creatives, with opportunities to engage in adjacent technical projects based on your skills and interests.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Creating, testing, and iterating conversion-focused ad creatives.
  • Supporting performance marketing initiatives across platforms like Meta and TikTok, including funnel optimization and testing frameworks.
  • Analyzing creative and campaign performance data to inform decisions.
  • Collaborating in small project teams on revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Executing fast experiments and scaling successful strategies.

Depending on project needs and your profile, you may also contribute to:

  • Automation and AI-supported workflows.
  • Data, tooling, or light DevOps-related projects.
  • Process optimization across marketing and operations functions.

Compensation & Upside

This role does not include a fixed salary and is ideal for mandatory university internships. TAKE A SHOT offers performance-based incentives:

  • Up to 10% revenue share on selected projects.
  • Participation in performance challenges (e.g., top-performing ad creatives may receive up to 10% of the profit generated by that campaign).

Profit share decisions are made by company leadership, based on measurable impact and tangible results.
