Entertainment Travel Coordinator Overview
Join TAG’s Touring Department as a full-time Entertainment Travel Coordinator. You'll manage travel arrangements for entertainment clients, including booking air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation, while delivering exceptional service and ensuring all travel meets client expectations.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and book client travel with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle administrative tasks including ticketing, documentation, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Support training for junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Build strong client and supplier relationships and negotiate cost-effective travel options.
- Collaborate globally and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 1+ year in a travel role (2–3 years preferred)
- GDS experience (Galileo preferred)
- Strong communication, organisation, multitasking, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
