About the Role

The TAFE Services Coordinator is a dynamic opportunity to lead and coordinate service excellence at our large learning location in Strathfield, within the Central Coast and Eastern City Community Group. You will work collaboratively across delivery, student services, facilities, and corporate functions to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for students, staff, and the broader community.

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Deliver customer-focused services.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for local operations.
  • Coordinate campus safety initiatives.
  • Lead student and staff engagement activities.
  • Work varying shifts including evenings.
  • Travel to local schools and other TAFE NSW campuses as required.
