As a QA Lead Web3, you will take complete ownership of the QA strategy for global Web3 products. Your Impact and Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Assume true ownership over all QA practices, setting the benchmark for quality assurance.
- Establish automation standards and oversee the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Represent quality at the board level, influencing strategic decisions and roadmap development.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to embed quality throughout the entire development lifecycle.
- Have a direct influence on roadmap decisions, release standards, and overall product quality.
