The Role
We are looking for a data-savvy problem solver to join our People Team as a Data Analyst, People Tech. You will be responsible for understanding, measuring, and improving the employee experience from hiring to retention by analyzing HR data and generating actionable insights.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain insightful dashboards and reports across the employee lifecycle.
- Analyze HR data including hiring, attrition, engagement, and performance.
- Run deep-dive ad-hoc analyses and present findings to drive action.
- Ensure data quality across HR systems and automate reporting workflows.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Leadership for strategic workforce planning.
- Act as the go-to expert for HR analytics.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, people operations, or a related data role.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS), data warehouses (BigQuery), and visualization tools (Looker, Metabase).
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) with strong data storytelling skills.
- Curiosity and sharp attention to detail in spotting patterns and opportunities.
- Clear communication skills for simplifying complex findings.
- Bonus experience in startup, tech, or fintech environments.
