About The Role
T2 Tea is looking for a Part Time Assistant Store Manager to join its passionate team. You will assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the retail store, including leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries, and stock.
- Coach the team to deliver exceptional experiences for customers.
- Support the Store Manager to achieve budgeted sales and manage controllable costs.
- Lead the store and team in the absence of a Store Manager.
- Support the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities.
- Encourage development within the team by providing timely feedback.
- Regular Sunday work is required for this role.
- 25-30 hours per week.
