Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) - Industrial Services & Cybersecurity

Tasks & Responsibilities
- As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for commercial order processing, from order maintenance through to the checking and processing of expert services to invoicing.
- You will be responsible for the continuous controlling and maintenance of your assigned orders and projects (invoicing potential and value).
- Furthermore, you will prepare payment requests, support the receivables management in clarifying and following up on receivables as needed, and process invoice complaints (receipt, system maintenance, solution finding).
- Your tasks will also include processing travel expenses for technical employees, setting up and maintaining test objects, and creating reports as needed based on templates.
- Other administrative tasks will complete your profile (e.g., digital filing of documents, operation and maintenance of customer portals).
Experience & Further Qualifications
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in the area of office management, banking, or industrial clerk, as well as sound knowledge in commercial order processing (invoicing, order controlling, complaints, affinity for numbers) combined with interest and a good understanding of technical contexts.
- High customer and service orientation combined with a meticulous, independent, and results-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational talent and teamwork skills.
- Good PC skills (MS Office desirable), experience in using SAP based on a modern S/4 HANA environment is an advantage.
- Fluent German language skills and basic English skills.
