We are T-Maxx International, a global talent solutions platform. We are partnering with a leading global AI and language technology company to recruit a Medical AI Expert.
In this role, senior healthcare professionals contribute clinical insight and expert review to the evaluation and validation of AI-driven clinical reasoning systems across real-world healthcare settings. Your expertise will help enhance diagnostic accuracy, support clinical decision-making, and improve patient safety.

Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze user-submitted prompts related to nursing and patient care practices to determine their diagnostic or therapeutic intent, expected outcomes, and clinical context.
- Provide domain-expert insight on model outputs, ensuring alignment with clinical standards, patient safety principles, and real-world healthcare practice.
- Contribute to the assessment and improvement of AI systems focused on clinical reasoning, diagnostic support, and care delivery.
- Identify potential risks, inconsistencies, or safety concerns within medical AI responses.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to refine evaluation standards and enhance overall model performance.
Qualifications
- Native or fluent proficiency in English.
- Licensed physician in the country of practice, OR holder of a recognized healthcare professional license, OR PhD in Medicine, Public Health, Epidemiology, or a related biomedical field preferred.
- Over 5 years of continuous study or professional experience within the target healthcare system.
- Strong understanding of clinical reasoning, diagnostic pathways, and patient safety standards.
- Experience in hospital, academic, public health, or regulated healthcare settings preferred.
- Senior-level clinical or research responsibility (e.g., Attending Physician, Consultant, Senior Researcher, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
- Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.
- Interest in AI, chatbots, or image recognition models
Compensation
Competitive hourly rates.
Classified as an independent contractor.
