As Head of Marketing & Growth, you will actively drive our growth in a revenue-driven manner. You will combine data-driven demand generation with innovative branding and scale syte to be the leading brand in the industry. Strategic Marketing Responsibility

You will have overall responsibility for the marketing strategy in the core market and, in the future, also in international markets. You will develop a clear 12–24-month strategy and continuously validate it against reality.

Growth Strategy & Demand Generation

In close coordination with sales, you will define and refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Based on this, you will be responsible for the entire marketing-sourced pipeline – from the initial contact (MQL) to a seamless SQL handoff to the sales team. To achieve this, you will manage and optimize the entire mix of performance, content, events, and inbound to continuously generate qualified leads and optimize the funnel from awareness to retention.

Brand Positioning & Product Marketing

You will continuously evolve our messaging and branding to further strengthen our positioning. Together with the product team, you will be responsible for product marketing, translating new features into compelling benefit arguments.

Relationship-driven Marketing & Community

In our industry, strong networks are crucial. You will develop innovative, exclusive formats such as roundtables, workshops, and community events. You love building personal relationships with decision-makers and know how to deeply anchor syte in the market through presence and relevance.

Cross-functional Ownership

You will lead and scale a high-performing marketing team and create consistent marketing processes as well as an efficient tool and process landscape. As a budget owner, you will keep a close eye on ROI: You will establish clear KPIs and attribution models and provide the CEO and our investors with the crucial metrics that demonstrate our growth story.

Your Profile

Experience in B2B SaaS

You bring 5–7 years of experience, including at least 2 years in B2B SaaS marketing. Ideally, you have already successfully accompanied a startup through various growth phases (Series A/B).

Leadership Strength

You have demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in leading teams and have actively shaped, scaled, and developed them. You lead by example and make personnel decisions confidently and in the company's best interest.

AI-Native Workflow

AI is a natural part of your work. You use LLMs, AI analytics, and automation to scale your own output and that of your team many times over. You question existing structures and make bold decisions based on technological possibilities.

Demand-Gen DNA

Your heart beats for performance, growth, and demand generation. You think in terms of sales funnels, lead quality, and pipeline contributions.

Ownership & Co-founder Mindset

You take full responsibility for results and navigate them even in uncertain structures, rather than waiting for instructions. Strategic foresight and a "hands-on" mentality are not mutually exclusive for you.

Data & Sales Affinity

HubSpot, attribution models, and funnel analytics are your daily tools. You speak the language of the sales team and know exactly what constitutes an SQL. Ideally, you have sales experience yourself.
