Job Description

About Us

The Motherhood is one of the original influencer marketing agencies. We partner with brands and organizations to create authentic influencer campaigns that go beyond product promotion — working with real people sharing real stories about causes, nonprofits, and initiatives that matter. Our motto is Good Influence, and we mean it.

About the Role

We're looking for an Operations Specialist, Influencer Marketing to support our client services team behind the scenes. You'll be the operational backbone — handling influencer research, onboarding, campaign metrics, project dashboards, and process improvements so our team leads can focus on strategy and client relationships. This is a growth year. We're launching new service lines and want someone who can grow with us.

What You'll Do

  • Research, vet, and onboard influencers for client campaigns
  • Send agreements and manage influencer setup and compliance
  • Track campaign metrics and compile reports and documentation
  • Set up and maintain project management dashboards and workflows
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI tools

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2+ years professional experience in social media or influencer marketing
  • Google Workspace proficiency (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Trello)
  • Detail-obsessed, highly organized self-starter
  • Quick learner who takes ownership after being shown something once
  • Comfortable receiving direct, real-time feedback
  • Genuinely passionate about social media and the influencer industry

This Role Is NOT For You If:

  • You have no professional social media background
  • You need step-by-step direction for every task
  • You're building your own business and treating this as filler
  • You're looking for a client-facing position
  • Repetitive, detail-oriented work drains you

Compensation & Details

  • $25–$35/hour depending on experience
  • 20–30 hours/week with growth potential
  • 1099 contractor, long-term (2+ years)
  • Fully remote, EST preferred
  • Must be available Tuesdays 10am–12pm EST

What We Offer

  • A collaborative, all-women team that genuinely enjoys working together
  • Family-friendly culture — kids, pets, and real life are welcome here
  • Opportunity to be part of an exciting growth year
  • Long-term stability with room to grow
  • Access to personality assessments and professional development
