Syskit is a remote-first software development company offering a scalable Microsoft 365 management and governance platform called Syskit Point. Our product helps organizations worldwide regain control over Microsoft 365, with a client list that includes Lego, Coca-Cola, Premier League, Lionsgate, Rimac Group, and others.
Role Overview
As a Product & Growth Data Scientist, you will unify insights from Marketing & Sales and Product usage to drive data-driven strategies. You will work on building a robust customer data model and provide actionable insights that influence product strategy and go-to-market decisions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain an analysis-ready customer data model.
- Analyze user behavior to optimize usage, engagement, and adoption.
- Identify product bottlenecks and propose data-driven improvements.
- Develop customer segmentation and define churn and renewal signals.
- Support marketing campaigns by identifying conversion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Establish telemetry standards with Engineering for reliable data insights.
- Communicate insights clearly to influence business strategy.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R, with data visualization skills.
- Strong foundation in data modeling, experimentation, and analytics.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in SaaS product analytics, cloud-based platforms and Agile environments is a plus.
