About the Role: Senior Electronics Engineer at Syntronic
Syntronic, a global design house, is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer. This role demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in electrical and electronic design, capable of contributing to product development from concept to market delivery.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, primarily focused on electrical and electronic design.
- Proven experience in directly participating in and successfully delivering products to market.
- English proficiency at CET-6 level.
Technical Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in analog circuit design, simulation, and tolerance analysis.
- Expertise in switching power supply design, including Buck/Boost/Flyback topologies, transformer design, and power consumption prediction.
- Familiarity with MCU system selection and design, encompassing peripheral interfaces, clock distribution, reset types, interrupt priorities, timers, DMA, and DRAM/FLASH/LCD timing.
- Experience with relay driver circuits.
- Ability to perform accuracy and error analysis for analog input/output.
- Knowledge of physical layers for bus communication standards such as RS485, CAN, USB, and Ethernet.
- In-depth understanding of basic EMC principles and test standards.
- Foundational knowledge of safety regulations and robust design practices.
- Strong awareness of design for manufacturability (DFM) and cost optimization.
