About The Role: Strategic Account Executive

Synthesia is actively seeking experienced Strategic Account Executives to join its Global Accounts team. Leveraging your extensive background in methodical, value-driven sales environments, you will focus on acquiring and expanding relationships with large enterprise logos, specifically those employing over 10,000 individuals. While Synthesia has already achieved remarkable success through strong product-led growth and strategic investment, the journey has just begun.

A primary concern for organizations today is how to effectively integrate AI into their digital strategy. You will educate market leaders on the transformative power of AI video in enhancing communication across all facets of their business. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic scale-up environments and are passionate about bringing an industry-leading product to market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through successfully landing and expanding Synthesia’s highest-value customers.
  • Ensuring a robust pipeline of sales opportunities for your target accounts through both direct and collaborative prospecting efforts.
  • Being accountable for precise forecasting, consistent quarterly revenue delivery, and the effective implementation of agreed-upon account plans.
  • Developing deep subject matter expertise in how strategic organizations can revolutionize their business communications and educational materials through AI video.
  • Collaborating closely with the Customer Success team to ensure optimal account adoption, retention, and expansion.

What We Look For

  • Extensive experience in B2B SaaS sales, specifically in landing and expanding high-value logos. Candidates should have managed an annual quota of $1m+ and have a track record of closing six-figure deals.
  • Strong experience in outbound prospecting into new accounts and conducting compelling product demonstrations within a value-based sales environment.
  • The proven ability to identify client pain points and craft unique, compelling value propositions that clearly demonstrate ROI.
  • Experience in reputable, value-driven, methodological sales environments, ideally utilizing frameworks like MEDDPICC or similar.
  • Strong business acumen, evidenced by successful examples of building business value and establishing champions across complex, global organizations.
  • Experience with rapid growth environments, understanding both the opportunities and challenges, and demonstrating an ability to thrive within them.
  • Executive presence combined with exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with video SaaS solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience and genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence.

Location

Synthesia is open to remote applicants based in the EST or CST time zones, with a willingness to travel as and when required.

Compensation

Salary is determined by location and the candidate's level of experience. Strategic Account Executives are compensated on a 50/50 split (OTE is uncapped) and benefit from a generous accelerator program designed to reward over-performance.
