About The Role: Solutions Consultant
We are seeking a passionate individual to spearhead Solutions Consulting and education programs within our rapidly expanding startup environment. This is a high-paced role demanding both creativity and exceptional customer experience skills.
The ideal Solutions Consultant will be responsible for developing comprehensive training strategies, creating engaging content, and significantly driving product adoption and overall success metrics. A primary focus of this role will be to own the customer onboarding process, defining and implementing a seamless system that enables our customers to quickly ramp up, realize immediate value from our product, and ultimately foster long-term retention.

- Develop and execute a training and education strategy to ensure customers quickly ramp up and realize product value within their first 90 days.
- Define and build an efficient, seamless customer onboarding process.
- Create fun, engaging, and impactful training and education programs to maintain Synthesia's leadership in Synthetic media, cultivate customer champions, and drive product adoption and success.
- Produce high-quality written and video content for various platforms, including email and knowledge bases.
- Establish clear success measures and drive metrics for product adoption and engagement.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Support, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Growth, Sales, Product) to align priorities and deliver cohesive training and education initiatives.
About You...
- Extensive experience in customer onboarding, customer education, or training within a SaaS company.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop engaging and impactful training programs.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Experience in building certification programs and defining relevant success metrics.
- A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 based on experience level
