About the Role: Senior Experiential Brand Designer

You will play a pivotal role in shaping how Synthesia presents itself in key experiential moments globally. This includes everything from physical environments and crucial customer interactions to supporting digital experiences.

The Design team at Synthesia is dedicated to clarity, building trust, and creating memorable work. We value fundamental design principles such as typography, layout, and systems thinking, always striving for simple, clear communication.

We operate with a philosophy of low process and high ownership. Designers are empowered to lead projects end-to-end, collaborate closely with internal partners, and deliver high-quality work that translates effectively beyond digital mock-ups.

For the Experiential team, this translates to a focus on strong concepts and rigorous production discipline, encompassing scalable systems, detailed specifications, meticulous file hygiene, and an uncompromising standard for on-site execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Co-own the visual design of Synthesia’s global experiential presence.
  • Design engaging booths, physical environments, distinctive signage, various print assets, and branded merchandise.
  • Create comprehensive visual identities and slide systems for important customer events.
  • Provide design support for digital experiential initiatives, including webinars and virtual summits.
  • Manage production-ready files and facilitate seamless collaboration with external suppliers.
  • Contribute to building scalable systems for efficient and repeatable experiential execution across different events.
  • Partner closely with the Field Marketing team to effectively translate strategic objectives into high-quality design outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional experience in brand or visual design.
  • Strong proven experience in experiential and physical environment design (relevant titles may include 'events designer').
  • Deep understanding of print production processes and large-format setup requirements.
  • Fluency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Excellent command of typography and layout principles.
  • Strong capabilities in presentation and slide design.
  • Comfort managing and coordinating with suppliers and vendors.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for events.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience working in B2B or the tech industry.
  • Experience in building modular event systems applicable across various regions.
  • Basic motion graphic skills for event screens.
