The Role
- Own recruiting across G&A functions including Finance, People, Legal, Marketing, and Ops.
- Build scalable recruitment processes and playbooks as the first dedicated G&A recruiter.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape hiring needs and deliver high-impact talent.
- Source creative, proactive, and diverse pipelines of top-tier candidates.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience and employer brand both internally and externally.
- Maintain clean data and robust processes to set the standard for G&A recruiting.
About You
- Experienced in hiring top G&A talent in high-growth tech environments.
- Proven track record running full-cycle searches from ICs to executives.
- Skilled in building scalable recruiting processes and playbooks.
- Influential partner who effectively collaborates with stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Obsessive about ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
- Analytical, decisive, and based in the Eastern Time Zone.
