About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on FinOps Operations Specialist to execute and maintain daily financial operations across multiple accounts and systems. You will ensure accurate execution, consistent reconciliation, and high standard documentation while working closely with internal teams and external service providers.
Responsibilities
- Operational Execution: Execute asset transfers, maintain transaction records, coordinate tasks, monitor systems, and process routine account movements.
- Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform daily balance verifications, support valuation processes, maintain system integrations, and escalate discrepancies.
- Compliance & Controls: Adhere to account management policies, verify authorization protocols, support reporting requirements, and update documentation.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, handle day-to-day inquiries, and support audit processes.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in financial operations, fund administration, custody operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Proven experience with reconciliations and maintaining transaction records.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and time zones.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and routine data checks (Python or SQL is a plus).
- Experience in digital assets or financial services is strongly preferred.
