About the Role
The Site Administration Specialist at Synopsys Inc is an experienced administrative professional working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role involves coordinating logistics, managing schedules and meetings, and serving as the key local contact for HR, Finance, and external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics, schedules, and meetings for the Site Manager and local managers.
- Act as the local point of contact for HR and Finance for administrative processes.
- Manage vendor relationships for facility services and ensure invoicing compliance.
- Support planning and execution of site events and internal initiatives.
- Coordinate with external authorities to secure permits and licenses.
- Assist employees with travel, reimbursements, benefits inquiries, and office supply needs.
- Oversee site resources and facilities to optimize the employee experience.
- Prepare and deliver periodic administrative reports to the Site Manager.

Requirements
