About the Role

The Site Administration Specialist at Synopsys Inc is an experienced administrative professional working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role involves coordinating logistics, managing schedules and meetings, and serving as the key local contact for HR, Finance, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics, schedules, and meetings for the Site Manager and local managers.
  • Act as the local point of contact for HR and Finance for administrative processes.
  • Manage vendor relationships for facility services and ensure invoicing compliance.
  • Support planning and execution of site events and internal initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external authorities to secure permits and licenses.
  • Assist employees with travel, reimbursements, benefits inquiries, and office supply needs.
  • Oversee site resources and facilities to optimize the employee experience.
  • Prepare and deliver periodic administrative reports to the Site Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Accounting or equivalent experience.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP/Ariba or similar systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

You will join a dedicated Operations team in Mexico, working closely with HR, Finance, Facilities, and other business units.
