What You’ll Be Doing

  • Monitoring progress of key initiatives and ensuring accountability across teams.
  • Streamlining organizational processes, decision-making frameworks, and operating rhythms for optimal efficiency.
  • Managing executive dashboards, metrics, and reporting to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Preparing executive-level presentations, board materials, and strategic documents for senior leadership.
  • Acting as a proxy for the executive in meetings, communications, and decision-making when appropriate.
  • Facilitating effective communication flows and cross-functional collaboration between leadership and the broader organization.
  • Leading high-impact projects from inception through delivery, establishing timelines, milestones, and KPIs.
  • Drafting key communications for internal and external audiences, supporting organizational messaging and stakeholder engagement.

  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed environments preferred.
