About The Role

Synodex is seeking a Prompt Engineer - LLM Automation for Data Labeling & Localization. In this role, you will harness the power of LLMs to automate data annotation and human evaluation workflows. You will work directly with a leading technology client to identify automation opportunities, design prompt solutions, and drive measurable improvements.

You will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, linguists, and client teams to solve complex problems, reduce human effort, and ensure high quality and reliable AI-driven processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with experts to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance.
  • Prototype and validate AI models for feasibility and impact.
  • Design and implement prompts for data labeling and localization.
  • Analyze model performance with KPIs and metrics.
  • Communicate technical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Integrate LLMs into data pipelines and automated systems.
  • Create guidelines and training materials for prompt usage.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in data labeling and localization.

Technical & Required Skills

  • Expertise in LLMs and transformer-based architectures.
  • Proficient in Python for NLU, data processing, and analysis.
  • Experience with JSON, JavaScript, XML and relevant AI/ML tools.
  • Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Jupyter, and other frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience using APIs from OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.
  • Understanding of localization best practices and cultural nuances.
  • Proven ability in analyzing model reliability, bias, and generalizability.
  • Experience with data pipelines and integrating models into production.

Preferred Skills And Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in prompt engineering or related AI/ML roles.
  • Experience with annotation platforms like Labelbox and cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge in additional languages is a plus.

Minimum Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Linguistics, Localization or a related field.
