The Role

As the Global Head of Product Technology and Engineering Operations, you will drive operational excellence across a global PT&E community of over 500 professionals. This strategic leadership role focuses on developing and implementing global operational standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Design and implement robust operational standards.
• Lead a global continuous improvement portfolio.
• Drive strategic agenda across all regions.
• Collaborate with Digital and RDIT teams.
• Manage a team of direct reports and Operations Leads.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Facilitate monthly operations meetings.
• Maintain the PT&E Global Hub.
• Represent PT&E in broader Syngenta initiatives.
